Often people hark on about energy drinks and well…I’m going to do the same. I’ve found a drink called Liftoff , from Herbalife which has worked better on me than any energy drink I’ve tried before. And believe me, I’ve tried. This new stuff though has proven to have more of a positive effect than the others.
Rather then a typical carbonated drink, Liftoff comes in powdered form in small packets. As it is an effervescent drink, all you have to do is pour it into a glass of water and wait a few seconds for it to fizzle into drinkable form. It comes in two flavours, orange or lemon-lime and both are fairly tasty. Another good thing about them is that they’re low in calories, contain vitamins and they come in small packets which are easy to carry around, compared to lugging big cans around. Which is great because it means you can get an energy boost whenever you want! The best thing about it is that it does actually make me feel more refreshed and less fatigued. I took one into work the other day and it made me feel really refreshed, but in a natural kind of way. I didn’t have that heavy sensation I have with the other drinks. Whilst Red Bull may give you wings, this drink certainly will give you a lift off at the start of your day.
